After extensive consultation with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and others, the UK government decided to introduce regulation into the sale and rent back market and give the FSA powers to oversee those companies that are authorised to provide a sale and rent back service. We have always fully supported the regulatory process and we are proud to be one of the first company’s to receive full authorisation under the FSA’s regulatory regime.
