SELL AND RENT BACK COMPANY REGULATED BY THE FSA

The FSA (Financial Services Authority) have been regulating the sell and rent back industry since 2009. Full regulation began in July 2010.

The purpose of regulation is to ensure only appropriate persons and companies are involved with sell to rent.
